Customer contacted us during Business Hours. Our Mitigation Technicians responded to the call right away and arrived to customer’s home. Upon arrival inspected and found pipe in Kitchen had burst. Tested for moisture and found surrounding areas wet. Contacted our Plumber to come and repair pipe. Removed part of the floor and installed a few dehus and air movers to dry. Monitored drying process daily for 6 days. Customer 100% satisfied, settled and collected payment from CSE Home Insurance.
