Wall Pipe Leak

Customer called our Emergency Water Damage line. Water started to leak through wall in the Guest Bathroom. She placed bucket to avoid any water from spilling into the floor. Upon arrival Mitigation Technicians removed wall baseboard and cut through it to inspect. Apparently, a pipe inside the wall had burst and the pressure of the water caused wall to leak through. We brought in one of our Plumbers to remove and replace pipe. Once Pipe replaced, inspected rooms next too bathroom to check for any water damage that might’ve gone through. Found Laundry Room and Garage were moist along with hallway by affected bathroom. No need to remove any floors or baseboards in other rooms. Technicians installed dehus and air movers to begin drying out. Tested for Mold, negative. Monitored machines daily for 6 days. Verified everything was dry 100%.
